For urban and freeskate
KEEP YOUR
FLOW.
Your Garmin feels the city ride with you: Flow live on the wrist, speed and kilometres ticking, and every ride scored when you stop.

Flow, live and after
FEEL IT LIVE.
READ IT AFTER.
Flow is a 0–100 score of how you ride right now, from your movement, heart rate and rhythm. After the ride it becomes Flow points, time in Flow and a map coloured by Flow.

Ride modes
URBAN, STREET
OR PARK.
Pick the mode at START. Each one scores the ride the way you actually ride it.
Urban
Cruising the city. Keep rolling: stops slowly lower Flow.
Street
Spots and the rides between them. At a spot, waiting does not count. Between spots, keep rolling.
Skatepark
Lines and runs. Only riding counts: waiting for a free line freezes Flow.
Community spots and collections
YOUR CITY,
IN LOOPS.
Save your favourite loops as collections, share them with the crew and load them to the watch. Spots other riders share are on the same map.
Score and rank
EVERY PUSH
COUNTS.
Your score is the Flow points you rode plus bonus points for spots, photos and tricks. Ridden points can't be clicked together, so the rank means something.

A STREAK
RAIN CAN'T BREAK.
Pick how many days a week you ride. The week fills in as squares on your wrist; a Rain check lowers the goal when it pours and a freeze covers a bad week.
