StreetFlow

Terms of use

7 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and [Operator: name, company ID, address — to be filled in before launch] (“we”, “us”), the operator of StreetFlow (getstreetflow.com). By creating an account or using StreetFlow you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.

1. The service

StreetFlow is an app for street, park and urban riding on inline skates, skateboard and scooter. It consists of an app for Garmin watches (Connect IQ) and a web app for your phone or computer. The watch records your ride and your Flow, lets you save spots with a voice note and guides you back to them; the web app shows your rides, spots, progress, the riders you follow, News and tricks, and, with Pro, community spots and more.

Rides are also saved on your watch as normal Garmin activities and stay in Garmin Connect, where Garmin’s own terms apply. StreetFlow is not made, endorsed or supported by Garmin.

2. Your account and the watch as the key

• You must be at least 16 years old to use StreetFlow.

• Your account is created when you first scan the QR code from the watch app; no registration is needed. Until you add an e-mail address or a passkey, the account is held only by your watch and the browser you paired it with. If you lose both (for example by clearing the browser’s data), we may not be able to give the account back. We recommend securing your account in the app.

• You can pair more watches with one account and remove them at any time.

• An account is for one person. Keep access to it to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account unless it was misused without your fault.

• You can delete your account at any time in the app. Accounts with no activity for 12 months are deleted after a warning a month before (see the Privacy policy).

3. Free and Pro

StreetFlow is free to use. The free version includes the watch app (recording, Flow, spots with voice notes, the spot radar and compass), backing up and managing your own spots without photos, your rides with their map and basic numbers, manual rides for today, score, rank, streak, badges and quests, following other riders, the feed and props, Beacon, News and the basic set of tricks.

Pro adds, among other things, photos and videos, detailed ride and progress statistics, community spots and the riders’ gallery, saved places and collections, streak perks (freeze, Rain check, pause), the full trick library and logging past rides. The current list is shown in the app and on getstreetflow.com/pro; we may add Pro features over time.

Your data is collected and kept the same way with or without Pro. Pro only unlocks access: when you start Pro you see your whole history, and when Pro ends the Pro features are hidden again, not deleted. Photos you added stay visible; adding new ones needs Pro. Deleting your data never requires Pro.

4. Free trial

• Every new account gets Pro free for 30 days, starting when the account is created by the first scan of the watch’s QR code.

• There is one trial per account and one per watch: a new account paired with a watch that has already had a trial does not get another one.

• The trial does not require a payment card and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. When it ends, the account continues on the free version.

5. Prices and payment

• Pro costs CZK 79 a month or CZK 599 a year; Founder costs CZK 1 490 once. Outside the Czech Republic the prices are EUR 2.99 a month, EUR 23.99 a year and EUR 59 for Founder. The currency is chosen by your country. The price you pay, including any VAT, is shown before you confirm the purchase.

• Pro is sold by our payment partner acting as merchant of record (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy; we will name it here before payments start). It is the seller for the purchase, takes the payment (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay), charges VAT and issues the receipt, and its own buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

• If you switch from monthly to yearly, the unused part of the month is deducted from the price.

• If we change prices, the new price applies only from your next period after we have told you in advance; you can cancel before it applies.

6. Cancellation and refund

• You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time. Pro then runs until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

• Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a full refund without giving a reason. Write to us or use the merchant of record’s receipt or customer portal. After a refund, Pro ends.

• After 14 days there is no refund for the current period; Pro runs until the end of it.

• The 14-day refund also covers your statutory right as an EU consumer to withdraw from a distance contract.

7. Founder

• Founder is a one-off payment available only to the first 500 riders. The number of places left is shown on the website. It is not tied to a time limit, but once 500 places are taken it is no longer offered.

• Founder gives you Pro for as long as StreetFlow runs, including Pro features added later and future platforms (for example Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch or Wear OS, if we release them), and a Founder badge on your profile.

• Founder belongs to your account and cannot be transferred. The 14-day refund in section 6 applies to it as well.

8. Your content and our licence

Your rides, spots, voice notes, photos, videos, tips, captions and other content remain yours. So that we can run StreetFlow, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, process (for example resize images, transcode video, compute positions of community places), and show your content to the people you choose or that the feature is designed for (for example Pro riders for community content). The licence lasts as long as the content is in StreetFlow. When you delete content or your account, we stop showing it; the position and name of a community place that other riders have also saved may remain, without your name.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, and that everyone recognisable in your photos and videos agrees with it being published. You are responsible for this consent.

9. Community rules

• Publish only real spots, with a position as accurate as you can. Before publishing, StreetFlow may ask whether your spot is one that already exists; please answer honestly so the map stays clean.

• Do not publish private places: private property without public access, someone’s home or garden, closed areas, or places whose owner does not want riders there.

• Do not publish spots that are dangerous in a way other riders cannot see, and do not encourage dangerous or illegal riding.

• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, fake profiles, sexual content, or content that infringes the rights of others or the law.

• In a place’s riders’ gallery you can have one item, a video or a photo. A new item replaces your old one, and the props of the old one are not carried over.

• You can delete your own tips, photos and gallery items at any time.

10. Reports and moderation

• You can report a profile, ride, spot, place, obstacle, tip or gallery item, for example as spam, harassment, a fake profile, an inappropriate photo, a private place, an unsafe spot, a wrong position or a duplicate. Reports go to our moderator.

• We may remove or hide content, correct the position of a community place, merge duplicate spots, and, for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, limit or close an account. Duplicates are never merged automatically, always by a person.

• If we remove your content or limit your account, we will tell you why, unless the law prevents us. You can disagree by writing to us and we will review the decision.

• Anyone, including people without an account, can report illegal content to hello@getstreetflow.com.

11. Safety

• Riding on skates, skateboard or scooter is dangerous and can lead to serious injury. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. Wear protective gear and ride within your abilities.

• Follow traffic rules and the rules of the place where you ride (skatepark rules, opening hours, bans on riding). Respect private property and other people; if you are asked to leave, leave.

• Information about spots, obstacles, tricks and the weather comes from riders and other sources and is not checked on the spot. A spot may have changed, be closed or be dangerous. Check it yourself before riding.

• The Flow score, statistics and navigation to spots are for motivation and orientation only. Do not look at the watch or the phone when it is not safe, especially in traffic.

• Do not share where other people live or ride without their consent.

12. Beacon

• Beacon shares your live position while you ride. It is off by default and you decide whether to turn it on and who sees you: Close friends, Followers or everyone nearby (with a rounded and delayed position). Nothing is shared inside your private zones.

• Beacon works only when your phone is nearby with a data connection, and positions can be delayed, inaccurate or missing.

• Beacon is not an emergency, rescue or safety service. Do not rely on it to keep you safe or to be found. In an emergency, call 112.

• Only share your position with people you trust, and think about it before choosing everyone nearby.

13. Availability and changes to the service

• We work to keep StreetFlow running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The watch app works without the phone and syncs later; online features such as Beacon, community spots nearby and server statistics are unavailable offline.

• We develop StreetFlow continuously and may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair solution, such as a proportional refund.

• If we ever decide to end StreetFlow, we will tell you in advance and give you time to download your data.

• Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service or other riders’ accounts.

14. Liability

• We provide StreetFlow with due care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, for content published by other riders, for the condition of spots, for services of third parties (Garmin, map, weather or payment providers), or for loss of access to an unsecured account caused by deleting the browser data.

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, in particular for harm to life or health that we cause, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer, including rights arising from defective performance.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel Pro and delete your account before then; if you have paid for Pro, you can ask for a proportional refund of the unused period. [For the lawyer: confirm the notice period and the refund on change of terms.]

16. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

• If you have a complaint, write to us at hello@getstreetflow.com first; we will try to resolve it.

• Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.gov.cz).

• Courts with jurisdiction under the law decide disputes; consumers can always sue in the courts of the place where they live.
